Inc and Hasboro. and may be used only under license. These
trademarks are strictly enforced. Unauthorized use may incur either civil or
criminal penalties.
Neither the Gruelle family, nor the
Museum, can grant licenses.
Those interested in using the names
or the likenesses of the characters for commercial use must obtain a proper
permission for such usage through the official Raggedy Ann and Andy
